Professional Engineering Services (PES)
TransSolutions holds a five year GSA Schedule for Professional Engineering Service (PES). This contract grants federal, state, local and United Nation (UN) agencies direct access to the firm's simulation/modeling analyses expertise and the ability to purchase professional engineering services from a trusted source.
Under this GSA Contract, TransSolutions is authorized to provide engineering services for Strategic Planning for Technology Programs and Activities; concept Development and Requirements Analysis; and System Design, Engineering and Integration.

Services required under this SIN involve the definition and interpretation of high-level organizational engineering performance requirements such as projects, systems, missions, etc., and the objectives and approaches to their achievement. Typical associated tasks include, but are not limited to an analysis of mission, program goals and objectives, requirements analysis, organizational performance assessment, special studies and analysis training, privatization and outsourcing.
