lead analyst on projects.
Managing Associate
Promotion from Senior Associate. Often managing an individual project.
Specialist
Promotion from Senior Associate. Has unique skills of critical need to the company.
May not be a project manager, but will work on projects as technical resource.
Director
Promotion from Managing Associate. Often managing more than one project
simultaneously. May have employees reporting to them administratively.
Vice President
Promotion from Director or Specialist. Active participant in obtaining new business
and maintaining clients. May have employees reporting to them administratively.
Managing Principal
Owner of the company. Active participant in obtaining new business,
maintaining clients, and directing current and future operations of the business. May have
employees reporting to them administratively.
TransSolutions is organized as a matrix management organization. Each
colleague will report, administratively, to a person at the Director level or higher. On
specific projects, each colleague will work with a project manager, who may or may not be
an administrative manager.
